About Duo For a Job:
DUO for a JOB brings together young jobseekers, who have an immigrant background, with volunteer mentors over 50 years old, from the same professional sector, to help them define their professional project and find a job.
Our intergenerational and intercultural mentoring aim to make it easier for younger people to find employment while enhancing the experience of older people.

Espérance currently works as the Program Coordinator at DUO for a JOB, where she channels her passion for mentorship by bridging the gap between young jobseekers and experienced professionals through intergenerational and intercultural mentoring. With her experience in HR and Talent Consultancy, she brings extensive expertise in human capital and a strong commitment to social impact. Beyond her work in HR, Espérance is also dedicated to promoting African diaspora artists within the European and Belgian arts scene. A creative, results-driven professional with a talent for building connections, she is always eager to learn and make a meaningful difference in every endeavor.
